Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ als Berufsbildner/in 50 – 100 %

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Zusammen mit dem Berufsbildungs\-Team begleitest, förderst und befähigst du unsere Lernenden auf ihrem Weg zur Fachperson Gesundheit
  • Du arbeitest in der direkten Pflege und unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden in komplexen Pflegesituationen
  • Pflege\- und Betreuungsmassnahmen führst du durch und dokumentierst diese fachgerecht; zudem bringst du bei der Einstufung nach dem RAI\-/RUG\-System gezielt dein Wissen ein
  • Medizinaltechnische Aufgaben führst du kompetent aus und achtest dabei auf Sorgfalt und Sicherheit

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit (FaGe EFZ)
  • Du bist eine aufgestellte, empathische Persönlichkeit mit Freude im Umgang mit jungen Menschen
  • Im Idealfall bringst du bereits Erfahrung und eine Ausbildung in der Berufsbildung mit. Falls nicht, unterstützen wir dich gerne dabei, diese zu erlangen
  • Interesse an der Optimierung von Pflegeprozessen und \-standards
  • Offenheit für persönliches und fachliches Wachstum
