Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (bei ausländischen Personen mit SRK-Anerkennung)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Lanzeitpflege
  • Kenntnisse und Verständnis für altersbedingte Veränderungen, chronische Erkrankungen und demenzielle Entwicklungen
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben ##

  • Professionelle, individuelle und ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Langzeitpflege
  • Förderung und Erhaltung der Selbstständigkeit, Lebensqualität und Alltagskompetenzen
  • Unterstützung bei personellen Engpässen sowie bei erhöhtem Pflege- und Betreuungsbedarf
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von pflegerischen und medizinischen Massnahmen im Rahmen der eigenen Kompetenzen
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und fachgerechten Pflegedokumentation
