Du begleitest unsere Bewohner:innen individuell und professionell und trägst dazu bei, dass sie sich bei uns sicher, respektiert und gut aufgehoben fühlen. Dabei übernimmst du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du gewährleistest eine fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung und führst diagnostische sowie medizinisch-therapeutische Verrichtungen durch.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses mit.
  • Du übernimmst punktuell die Tagesverantwortung und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du übernimmst Bezugspflege und stellst eine individuelle und kontinuierliche Betreuung sicher.
  • Du begleitest Menschen in ihrer letzten Lebensphase achtsam und professionell und unterstützt Angehörige in dieser besonderen Situation.
  • Du reagierst in Notfallsituationen und bei Todesfällen sicher und gemäss unserer Notfallorganisation.
  • Du führst Pflegeberichte in unserer elektronischen Pflegedokumentation und stellst eine sorgfältige Dokumentation sicher.
  • Du unterstützt beim Rapportwesen und bei der RAI/MDS-Codierung.
  • Du richtest und verteilst Medikamente gemäss ärztlicher Anordnung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen im Team Pflege & Betreuung sowie bereichsübergreifend zusammen.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in Teamsitzungen und gemeinsame Lösungen ein.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ.
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mit.
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit älteren Menschen und begegnest ihnen mit Empathie, Geduld und Respekt.
  • Auch Menschen mit Demenz begegnest du verständnisvoll, geduldig und wertschätzend.
  • Die Autonomie und das Wohlbefinden unserer Bewohner:innen sind dir wichtig.
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozial- und Selbstkompetenz und arbeitest gerne im Team.
  • Du bist organisiert, verantwortungsbewusst und belastbar.
  • Auch wenn es einmal hektisch wird, kannst du Prioritäten setzen und überlegt handeln.
  • Du kommunizierst offen, zuverlässig und respektvoll.
