? Was du bei uns bewirkst:

Pflege und Betreuung Du stellst eine individuelle, professionelle Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden sicher und trägst so aktiv zu deren Wohlbefinden bei.

Pflegeprozesse Du übernimmst Mitverantwortung für die Umsetzung und Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse im System Lobos.

Medikamentenmanagement Du verantwortest die Medikamentenvergabe sowie den korrekten Ablauf der Wochenmedikation.

Situationsbeurteilung Du erkennst Veränderungen im Zustand der Bewohnenden und leitest geeignete Massnahmen ein, um deren Gesundheit zu fördern.

Kommunikation Du führst Pflegerapporte und arbeitest eng im Team zusammen, um eine lückenlose Kommunikation sicherzustellen.

Verantwortung Du übernimmst die Tagesverantwortung und koordinierst Arztvisiten, um die bestmögliche Pflege zu gewährleisten.
