Das erwartet dich ###

  • Pflegeund Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden
  • Organisation und Koordination aller anfallenden Arbeiten auf der Abteilung bei Tagesverantwortung
  • Auskunftsstelle bei fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Mitverantwortung für eine ausführliche Pflegedokumentation
  • Erhaltung einer bestmöglichen Lebensqualität und Autonomie der Bewohnenden
  • Kontaktmit Ärzten, Angehörigen und unseren Kunden

Deine Qualifikationen ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege erwünscht
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse RAI/RUG
  • Idealerweise Berufsbildnerausweis oder Bereitschaft diesen zu erlangen
  • Hohe Fach- und Sachkompetenz, hohes Kundenbewusstsein
  • Kenntnisse MS-Office
