Für eine moderne Pflegeinstitution in der Region Basel suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ für den Tagdienst. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion begleiten Sie ältere Menschen im Alltag und tragen mit Ihrer Fachkompetenz zu einer individuellen, professionellen und bedürfnisorientierten Pflege bei. Anforderungsprofil ##

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder gleichwertige, SRK-anerkannte Ausbildung

  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und professionelle Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Pflege und Betreuung älterer Menschen
  • Empathische und wertschätzende Persönlichkeit
  • Flexibilität, Motivation und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich aktiv in den Pflegealltag einzubringen

Aufgaben ##

  • Professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Bewohnenden und Angehörigen auch in anspruchsvollen Pflegesituationen
  • Durchführung medizinaltechnischer Verrichtungen im eigenen Kompetenzbereich
  • Umsetzung der geplanten Pflege- und Betreuungsmassnahmen
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation relevanter Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustandes
  • Unterstützung der Bewohnenden bei einer möglichst selbstbestimmten Alltagsgestaltung
  • Sorgfältige Führung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen innerhalb der Institution
  • Übernahme hauswirtschaftlicher, administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben im Pflegealltag
  • Einsätze im Tagdienst
