Mit Ihrem Fachwissen in der Kranken- oder Alterspflege und Ihrer gewinnenden Art sind Sie eine wichtige Stütze für die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner unseres Pflegeheims.

Als Regionalspital/Akutspital mit Rettungsdienst, Pflegeheim und Spitex sind wir für die medizinische Grundversorgung der Davoser Bevölkerung und Gäste zuständig. Genauso wichtig ist uns aber auch das Wohlbefinden unserer Mitarbeitenden. Bei uns arbeiten Sie in einem überschaubaren, für die Region jedoch wichtigen Betrieb, wir pflegen ein kollegiales Arbeitsklima und schätzen die Nähe zur Natur sowie die zahlreichen Sport- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten von Davos. 

Für die Nachtwache in unserem Pflegeheim Alberti suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine

Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ Langzeitpflege für Nachtwache (50-90%) ##

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Freudvolle und wertschätzende Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohnenden unseres Pflegeheims in der Nacht 
  • Wachsames Auge auf das Wohlbefinden der Bewohnenden während der Nacht und Einsatz der richtigen pflegerischen Handgriffe nach Bedarf
  • Gewährleistung einer präzisen und vollständigen elektronischen Pflegedokumentation
  • In anspruchsvollen Situationen verantwortungsvolle Entscheidungen treffen
  • Erste Ansprechperson in Notfallsituationen für Bewohnende, Angehörige und die Ärzteschaft

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ  oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung 
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege, um die besonderen Anforderungen in der Nacht kompetent und mit Ruhe zu meistern
  • Selbständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Begeisterung und Engagement für die Arbeit mit den Bewohnenden 
  • Ruhe, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, allein sicher und besonnen zu handeln
  • Ein Herz für ältere Menschen und ihre Geschichten
