Für eine moderne psychiatrische Klinik in der Ostschweiz suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (m/w/d) für eine Akutstation. Sie begleiten Menschen in akuten psychischen Belastungssituationen und bringen Ihre Fachkompetenz aktiv in den Behandlungsalltag ein. Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse an der Psychiatrie (Akutbereich von Vorteil)
  • Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen in herausfordernden Lebensphasen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine wertschätzende Grundhaltung
  • Bereitschaft, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie begleiten und betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten professionell in akuten psychischen Krisensituationen
  • Sie setzen individuelle Pflege- und Behandlungsmassnahmen gemeinsam mit dem interprofessionellen Team um
  • Sie fördern die vorhandenen Ressourcen und unterstützen die Patientinnen und Patienten auf dem Weg zu mehr Selbstständigkeit
  • Sie dokumentieren pflegerische Leistungen sorgfältig und gewährleisten einen zuverlässigen Informationsaustausch im Behandlungsteam
  • Sie begegnen anspruchsvollen Situationen im psychiatrischen Alltag ruhig, sicher und lösungsorientiert
