Für eine moderne Einrichtung der Akutsomatik suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ für einen temporären Einsatz auf einer medizinischen Bettenstation. Sie bringen Ihre Fachkompetenz in einem vielseitigen Akutsetting ein und unterstützen das Pflegeteam bei der professionellen und patientenorientierten Versorgung.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich oder auf einer medizinischen Bettenstation von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Flexibilität und rasche Auffassungsgabe

Aufgaben ##

  • Professionelle und einfühlsame Pflege sowie Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten auf einer medizinischen Bettenstation
  • Unterstützung des diplomierten Pflegefachpersonals im vielseitigen und dynamischen Stationsalltag
  • Selbstständige Durchführung pflegerischer und medizinaltechnischer Massnahmen im Rahmen Ihrer Kompetenzen
  • Sorgfältige Pflegedokumentation und vollständige Erfassung der erbrachten Leistungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege, Medizin, Therapie und weiteren Berufsgruppen
  • Ressourcenorientierte Begleitung der Patientinnen und Patienten mit dem Ziel, Selbstständigkeit und Wohlbefinden bestmöglich zu fördern
