Zur Verstärkung unseres psychiatrischen Pflegepools in der Ostschweiz suchen wir motivierte Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ (m/w/d). Es erwarten Sie vielseitige Einsätze in unterschiedlichen psychiatrischen Institutionen, in denen Sie Ihr Fachwissen gezielt einsetzen, neue Arbeitsumfelder kennenlernen und einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Betreuung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen leisten.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (EFZ) mit Erfahrung in der psychiatrischen Pflege (Bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit in Teams sowie zur eigenständigen Arbeit
  • Bereitschaft zu kurzfristigen Tageseinsätzen in verschiedenen Diensten und Einrichtungen

Aufgaben ##

  • Übernahme flexibler Einsätze in verschiedenen psychiatrischen Einrichtungen im Früh-, Spät- oder Nachtdienst - abgestimmt auf Ihre Verfügbarkeit
  • Professionelle Pflege, Betreuung und Begleitung von Menschen mit unterschiedlichen psychischen Erkrankungen
  • Unterstützung der bestehenden Pflegeteams und Mitwirkung an einer qualitativ hochwertigen Patientenversorgung
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen psychiatrischen Fachbereichen und Übernahme vielseitiger pflegerischer sowie betreuerischer Aufgaben
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit, Ressourcen und Lebensqualität der Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Sorgfältige Beobachtung, Dokumentation und Weitergabe relevanter Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen sowie weiteren interprofessionellen Berufsgruppen
