Für unseren Pflegepool im Bereich Psychiatrie suchen wir engagierte Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ 30-100% mit Erfahrung im psychiatrischen Umfeld. Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (Bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Psychiatrie ist Voraussetzung
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für Einsätze in unterschiedlichen Institutionen
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Aufgaben ##

  • Kompetente Betreuung und Begleitung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen in unterschiedlichen psychiatrischen Versorgungsbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung individueller Pflege- und Betreuungsmassnahmen nach aktuellen pflegerischen Standards
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit sowie der persönlichen Ressourcen der Patientinnen und Patienten im Alltag
  • Beobachtung des psychischen und körperlichen Gesundheitszustandes sowie Weiterleitung relevanter Informationen an das Behandlungsteam
  • Durchführung medizinaltechnischer und pflegerischer Tätigkeiten entsprechend Ihrer Kompetenzen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Bewältigung herausfordernder Situationen und Unterstützung einer sicheren, therapeutischen Umgebung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen sowie weiteren interprofessionellen Berufsgruppen
