The posting

Das Gässliacker ist ein mittelgrosses Zentrum für Alter und Gesundheit mit rund 130 Mitarbeitenden. Wir pflegen und betreuen 81 Bewohnende im Pflegeheim und bis 15 Tagesgäste in der Tagesbetreuung. Weiter bieten wir 60 Seniorenwohnungen mit Dienstleistungen an. Die moderne Infrastruktur, unsere vielfältigen Gartenanlagen und die schöne Lage ergänzen unsere Dienstleistungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Pflege-Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Fachperson Gesundheit (m/w/d) Tagdienste

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflegen und Betreuen der Bewohnenden in allen Tagdiensten
  • Korrekte Führung und Aktualisierung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Mitverantwortung der Qualitätssicherung nach interRAI LTCF
  • Unterstützung des dipl. Pflegefachpersonals in dessen Aufgaben
  • Übernahme des Tagesverantwortung
  • Ausführen und Einhalten von ärztlichen Verordnungen
  • BerufsbildnerIn für unsere AGS- und FaGe-Lernende oder Mithilfe bei deren Ausbildung

Das bringen Sie mit:  - Ausbildung als Fachfrau-/mann Gesundheit EFZ oder gleichwertige/anerkannte Ausbildung - Freude am Umgang mit lebenserfahrenen, pflegebedürftigen alten Menschen - Engagement, Motivation sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen - Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Flexibilität und Verlässlichkeit - Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Humor - Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
