Die Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrischen Dienste (KJPD) St.Gallen sind zuständig für die ambulante psychiatrische Behandlung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und ihren Familien in den Kantonen St.Gallen, Appenzell Innerrhoden und Ausserrhoden. Die Klinik Sonnenhof - Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrisches Zentrum (KJPZ) - ist ein fachärztlich geleitetes kinder- und jugendpsychiatrisches Zentrum. Als Versorgungsklinik im Bereich der teilstationären und stationären Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie des Kantons St.Gallen hat sie Leistungsvereinbarungen mit den Kantonen Zürich, Schaffhausen, Schwyz, Glarus und Appenzell Ausserrhoden. Mit dem Entscheid, unsere ambulanten und stationären Einrichtungen zusammenzuführen, entsteht ein modernes, integriertes Versorgungszentrum. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und qualifizierte Persönlichkeit als:

Auf der Abklärungs- und Therapiestation behandeln wir Jugendliche im Alter von 14 bis 18 Jahre. Das Angebot der Station beinhaltet sowohl Abklärungen als auch Therapieaufenthalte.  Zur Stärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin:

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eine vielseitige Arbeit mit den Jugendlichen und ihren Bezugssystemen auf ihrem Therapie- und Genesungsprozess
  • Ausgewogener Skills-Grade-Mix
  • Abwechslungsreiche Stationsarbeiten in der Administration und Logistik
  • Durchführung von medizinaltechnischen Verrichtungen
  • Regelmässige Teamentwicklungselemente, da uns gut funktionierende Teams sehr wichtig sind
  • Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Therapie, Ärzte und Klinikschule

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachperson Gesundheit oder Fachperson Betreuung
  • Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und Empathie, Team- und Reflexionsfähigkeit
  • Freude an raschen Veränderungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Sprachkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten und Wochenenddienste
