Beste Wünsche, Elvira ( Teamleitung) \\Ihre Hauptaufgaben:\\ - Pflege und Unterstützung von Menschen in ihrem eigenen Zuhause. - Durchführung von alltäglichen Pflegeaufgaben, einschließlich dermedizinischen Grundversorgung. - Aufbau von vertrauensvollen Beziehungen zu Klienten und deren Angehörigen. - Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung von schwierigen Lebenssituationen. - Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen und Anpassung der Pflegepläne nach Bedarf. \\Erforderliche Fähigkeiten:\\ - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson für Gesundheit und Pflege (FaGe). - Empathie und ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz. - Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität. - Bereitschaft, in verschiedenen Haushalten und unter unterschiedlichen Bedingungen zu arbeiten. - Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
