Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen zusammen? Sie möchten sich per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung befristet für ein Jahr, mit unserem Pflegeteam für das Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Grünau einsetzen?

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie unterstützen, betreuen und pflegen unsere Bewohnenden kompetent und einfühlsam.
  • Sie übernehmen, gemäss Kompetenzen anspruchsvolle pflegerische Aufgaben und medizinaltechnische Tätigkeiten.
  • Sie melden Beobachtungen, rapportieren klar und dokumentieren vollständig und zeitnah.
  • Sie helfen mit, den Alltag unserer Bewohnenden aktiv zu gestalten und fördern ihre Ressourcen.
  • Sie begleiten Lernende zusammen mit den Hauptberuflichen Berufsbildner\*innen sowie der Berufsbildungsverantwortlichen.

Profil ##

  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Teamorientiert, verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig - mit selbstständiger Arbeitsweise und Überblick auch in lebhaften Momenten
  • Eine Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ mit SRK-Anerkennung für Diplome aus dem Ausland
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • IT-Affinität, idealerweise EasyDok-Kenntnisse
