Dann bist du im Domicil Egelmoos genau richtig. In deiner Funktion stellst du gemeinsam mit dem Team eine qualitativ hochstehende, fachgerechte und bewohnerorientierte Pflege sicher und übernimmst die Tagesverantwortung im Pflege\\- und Betreuungsalltag. Du bringst deine pflegerische Fachkompetenz aktiv in die direkte Pflege ein, achtest auf eine hohe Pflegequalität und setzt pflegerische Standards sowie Konzepte konsequent um. Mit deiner offenen, kooperativen Haltung unterstützt du die Zusammenarbeit im Team, begleitest Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Pflegealltag und stehst ihnen fachlich beratend zur Seite. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachleitung Pflege und der Teamleitung wirkst du an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegepraxis im Wohnbereich Domicil Egelmoos mit und bringst deine Erfahrung in Verbesserungs\\- und Optimierungsprozesse ein.
