  • Administrative Abwicklung und Überwachung aller Absenzen des Personals
  • Administrative Abwicklung der Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuerabrechnungen
  • Vorbereiten und Führung von Statistiken und Auswertungen nach Auftrag
  • Umsetzung von Systemanpassungen und Optimierungen der HR\-Systeme
  • Mitwirkung in Arbeits\-/Projektgruppen bei der Erarbeitung von Konzepten, Methoden und Standards zur Verbesserung der Qualität der HR\-Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (Kauffrau/Kaufmann, Handelsdiplom, etc.) und Weiterbildung als Fachperson HR mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder Äquivalent
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS OfficeVerschwiegen, vertrauenswürdig und integer
  • Selbständig, exakt und strukturiert, rasche Auffassungsgabe, teamorientiert, flexibel
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte Grundhaltung gepaart mit einem gesunden Mass an Durchsetzungskraft
