Mit besonderem Fokus auf Zürich Nord und die Stadt Zürich begleiten wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent, persönlich und mit fundierter Marktkenntnis rund um ihre Immobilien. Von der Immobilienentwicklung über Bauherrenberatung, Bewertungen und Verkauf bis hin zu Erstvermietung und Bewirtschaftung. Zu unseren Kundinnen und Kunden zählen Anlagestiftungen, Pensionskassen, Banken, Versicherungen, Unternehmen verschiedenster Branchen, Genossenschaften sowie private Eigentümerinnen und Eigentümer. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und kompetente Fachperson Immobilienbuchhaltung (80\-100%). Ihre Aufgaben Führen der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen für Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum Erstellen von Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen Vorbereiten von Jahresabschlüssen und Reportings Überwachen von Zahlungseingängen und Mahnwesen Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Budgets und Finanzplänen Zusammenarbeit mit Bewirtschafterinnen und Bewirtschaftern sowie externen Partnern Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Immobilienbuchhaltung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung und den entsprechenden gesetzlichen Vorgaben Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Immobilienverwaltungssoftware Exakte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Dienstleistungsorientierung Wir bieten Eine vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem etablierten Unternehmen Ein motiviertes und kollegiales Team Moderne Arbeitsplätze in zentraler Lage Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Möglichkeit, teilweise im Homeoffice zu arbeiten Strukturierte Prozesse, moderne Arbeitsmittel und Rimo R5 als zentrale Fachapplikation Raum, Abläufe mitzudenken und die Immobilienbuchhaltung weiterzuentwickeln So bewerben Sie sich Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung!
