Wir suchen eine tolle Fachperson Kinderbetreuung ab dem 1. November 2026

Die Stiftung Monikaheim in Zürich hat folgende Angebote: Das Kinderheim nimmt Kinder im Alter von 0 - 7 Jahren auf, ist an 365 Tagen während 24 Stunden im Jahr geöffnet. Es verfügt über 22 Plätze, aufgeteilt in zwei Wohngruppen für mittelfristige Platzierungen und in einer Krisenintervention für Notfälle.

Das Begleitete Wohnen für Mutter und Kind verfügt über je eine Wohnung für vier Mütter mit ihren Kleinkindern. Der Aufenthalt ist ungefähr ein Jahr.

Dein Wirkungsfeld: Du arbeitest als Fachperson Betreuung auf der Wohngruppe mit acht Kleinkindern im Tagdienst. Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören die Betreuung und Begleitung der Kinder im Alltag, Mithilfe im Haushalt, die Zusammenarbeit mit deren Eltern.

Dein Profil: Du bist mindestens 24 Jahre alt, verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Kinderbetreuung EFZ und bringst einige Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, vorzugsweise in der stationären Betreuung. Du bringst praktische Erfahrungen mit Kleinkindern, sowie fundiertes Fachwissen über deren Entwicklung und Bedürfnisse mit. Du bist belastbar und arbeitest gerne in einem grossen, interdisziplinären Team. Zudem bist du bereit und hast Lust, unregelmässige Einsätze zu leisten am Abend und Wochenende (ohne Nachtdienste).
