Das Kinderhaus Stern im Ried verfügt über vier Wohngruppen mit insgesamt 26 Betreuungsplätzen für Kinder im Alter von 0 bis 10 Jahren. Als zweisprachige Institution begleiten wir die Kinder rund um die Uhr und an 365 Tagen im Jahr in deutscher und französischer Sprache.

Aufgabengebiet: ###

* Betreuung und Begleitung einer Kindergruppe von ca. 6 bis 8 Kindern im Team. * Gestaltung eines strukturierten Alltags mit Ritualen, Aktivitäten, Mahlzeiten und altersgerechten Angeboten. * Förderung der emotionalen, sozialen und persönlichen Entwicklung der Kinder sowie Unterstützung in alltäglichen Situationen. * Planung und Durchführung von Spielen, Aktivitäten und Ausflügen. * Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklungsprozesse sowie Mitarbeit bei Förderplanungen. * Wochenenddienste, Früh- und Spätdienste bis spätestens 21:00 Uhr * Pikettdienst von Freitag auf Samstag/ von Samstag auf Sonntag. Für Fachpersonen Sozial -oder Kindheitspädagogik gehört zusätzlich die Übernahme von Bezugspersonenarbeit dazu: * Verantwortung für einzelne Kinder und Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern sowie dem sozialen Umfeld. * Führen von Standortgesprächen und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen und Angehörigen. * Aktive Mitwirkung an der pädagogischen Weiterentwicklung der Wohngruppe und des Konzepts.

Anforderungen: ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Kinderbetreuung EFZ, oder Sozial- oder Kindheitspädagogik HF.
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Interesse an ihrer individuellen Entwicklung.
  • Erfahrung im stationären Bereich ist von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse mit guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
