My Leukerbad AG ist die Betriebsorganisation der wichtigsten Leistungsträger von Leukerbad. Dazu gehören die Leukerbad Therme, die Torrent-Bahnen, die Sportarena, der Snowpark Sportarena, die LLB Verkehrsbetriebe Leuk-Leukerbad sowie Leukerbad Tourismus.

In der KITA Thermi in Leukerbad betreuen wir täglich bis zu 15 Kinder im Alter von 3 Monaten bis 6 Jahren. Unsere Kita bietet einen liebevollen Ort zum Spielen, Entdecken, Lachen und Lernen und steht allen Kindern offen, die eine ausserfamiliäre Betreuung oder Spielkameraden suchen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir dich ab 01. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung, um unsere Kita-Kinder mit viel Herz, Freude und Einfühlvermögen zu begleiten.

Deine Aufgaben: - Unterstützung der Co-Leiterinnen bei der Betreuung unserer Kinder - Förderung und Begleitung der anvertrauten Kinder - Umsetzung des pädagogischen Konzeptes, der Wochenpläne und diversen Projekten - Schaffung eines sicheren Umfeldes - verschiedene Aktivitäten wie Basteln, Vorlesen, Spielen oder Ausflüge in die Natur - Raum, eigene Ideen und Kreativität einzubringen - Betreuung des Mittagessen in der Kita sowie des Mittagstischs für OS-Schüler - je nach Ausbildung und Bedarf Nachschulbetreuung von OS-Schüler

Dein Profil: - abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung, Pädagoge oder eine gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Qualifikation - Freude und Spass an der Arbeit mit Kindern - Einfühlvermögen, Geduld und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein - Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität im abwechslungsreichen Kita-Alltag - positive, humorvolle und wertschätzende Persönlichkeit - sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
