Der VJF führt in über 50 Gemeinden Mandate der Offenen Jugendarbeit und bietet Integrationsangebote und soziokulturelle Projekte an. Die Mitarbeitenden des VJF setzen in den Gemeinden vielfältige Projekte und Angebote mit den Zielgruppen um. Dabei steht die Förderung der Handlungs- und Sozialkompetenz im Fokus der Tätigkeiten. Freiwilligkeit, Partizipation und Ressourcenorientierung sind die handlungsleitenden Arbeitsprinzipien.

Im Auftrag der Gemeinde Wohlen setzt der VJF seit 1990 die Offene Jugendarbeit Wohlen um. Die Offene Jugendarbeit Wohlen richtet sich hauptsächlich an Jugendliche ab der 6. bis zur 9. Klasse. Die Zielgruppe umfasst projektspezifisch auch Kinder der 1. bis 5. Klasse, sowie junge Erwachsene. Die Offene Jugendarbeit Wohlen betreibt einen Jugendtreff mit regelmässigen Öffnungszeiten, ist mit dem Jugendmobil in der Gemeinde unterwegs und setzt zahlreiche Projekte und Anlässe für Jugendliche in der Gemeinde um. Sie arbeitet mit lokalen Partnern, Institutionen und Behörden zusammen.

Für die Umsetzung und die inhaltliche Gestaltung der Offene Jugendarbeit Wohlen suchen wir eine 

Fachperson Offene Jugendarbeit ##

Arbeitsbeginn ist per Oktober oder nach Vereinbarung.

Sie arbeiten in einem fünfköpfigen Team bestehend aus Fachpersonen, einer Praktikumsstelle und einer Zivildienststelle.

Sie verfügen über eine tertiäre Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit oder einem verwandten Bereich oder sind auf dem Weg dazu. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in deren Freizeit hat und Erfahrung darin mitbringt. Sie arbeiten motiviert und selbstständig, verfügen über organisatorisches Talent und kreatives Potential. Sie denken und handeln flexibel und vernetzt. Sie entwickeln gerne Neues und packen an beim Umsetzen. Sie sind kommunikativ, arbeiten gerne im Team und verfügen über hohe Selbst- und Sozialkompetenzen.   Ein Fahrausweis (Kat. B) ist besonders für die mobilen Angebote von Vorteil.

Sie arbeiten regelmässig von Mittwoch bis Freitag und sind bereit für Einsätze an Wochenenden und Abenden. Möglichkeiten für teilweise flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung und Home-Office sind gegeben.
