Für ein renommiertes Spital in Mettmenstetten suchen wir eine hochqualifizierte und belastbare Fachperson Operationstechnik HF oder eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann FA OP (80-100%), die sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit Notfalloperationen, komplexen chirurgischen Eingriffen und Spezialoperationen wohlfühlt.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei akuten Notfalloperationen, einschließlich Unfallchirurgie, Trauma-Versorgung und lebensrettenden Eingriffen

- Koordination und Instrumentierung während hochkomplexer chirurgischer Eingriffe in Fachbereichen wie Herz-, Neuro- und Transplantationschirurgie

- Bereitstellung und Überprüfung spezieller OP-Instrumente, Implantate und Medizingeräte für individuelle Patientenanforderungen

- Sicherstellung steriler und aseptischer Arbeitsbedingungen sowie Kontrolle der Einhaltung aller OP-Sicherheitsvorschriften

- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Anästhesie, Intensivmedizin und Notfallteams zur optimalen Patientenversorgung

- Schnelle Anpassung an unerwartete OP-Situationen und enge Kommunikation mit dem operierenden Ärzteteam

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Operationstechnik HF oder Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann FA OP mit SRK-Anerkennung

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im OP-Bereich, idealerweise in der Notfallmedizin oder Spezialchirurgie

- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen und herausfordernden OP-Umfeld effizient und konzentriert zu arbeiten

- Hohe Belastbarkeit und professioneller Umgang mit stressigen Situationen

- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke in interdisziplinären Teams

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
