Das Temporärbüro Med Ipersonal ist spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung von medizinischem Fachpersonal und bietet maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für Einrichtungen im Gesundheitswesen an.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Organisation und Vorbereitung des Operationssaals gemäß den Anforderungen der jeweiligen chirurgischen Eingriffe

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Chirurgen, Anästhesisten und dem OP-Pflegeteam zur optimalen Durchführung von Operationen

- Unterstützung des OP-Teams während des gesamten Eingriffs, inklusive steriler Instrumentierung und Springertätigkeit

- Verantwortung für eine lückenlose Dokumentation der OP-Abläufe sowie die Erfassung von verwendeten Materialien und Geräten

- Fachgerechte Reinigung, Desinfektion und Sterilisation der Instrumente und Geräte unter Einhaltung aller Hygienerichtlinien

- Mitarbeit an internen Schulungen, Fallbesprechungen und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der OP-Prozesse

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Operationstechnik HF oder Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann FA OP mit SRK-Anerkennung

- Erfahrung in einem OP-Bereich mit hohen Qualitätsstandards

- Fähigkeit, sich flexibel auf verschiedene Fachbereiche und operative Anforderungen einzustellen

- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz bei Notfällen und unvorhergesehenen Situationen

- Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
