Die Klinik Sonnenhof ist Teil der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie St. Gallen. Sie deckt das stationäre Angebot des Kantons St. Gallen ab und hat Leistungsaufträge mit weiteren Kantonen. Auf verschiedenen Stationen werden sowohl Kriseninterventionen als auch Abklärungs- und Therapieaufenthalte für Kinder und Jugendliche angeboten. Für unsere stationäre Krisenintervention suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Fachperson Pflege oder Sozialpädagogik 60 - 100% - SKI ##

Auf der stationären Krisenintervention behandeln wir Jugendliche und Kinder, welche sich in einer Krise befinden und notfallmässig in der Klinik aufgenommen werden. Unser Ziel ist, den Kindern und Jugendlichen eine schnelle Stabilisierung zu ermöglichen. Die maximale Aufenthaltsdauer liegt bei 14 Tagen.

Durch ein innovatives und in der Schweiz einmaliges Konzept ermöglichen wir es Fachpersonen aus dem psychosozialen Bereich bei uns die Weiterbildung zur Krisenexpertin oder zum Krisenexperten zu absolvieren. Die Weiterbildung ermöglicht ihnen, neue Kompetenzen und Wissen anzueignen und diese im Alltag in hoher Selbstständigkeit einsetzen zu können.

  • Individuelle Fallverantwortung für die zugeordneten Patientinnen und Patienten pro Schicht
  • Ganzheitliches, individuelles und ressourcenorientiertes Krisenmanagement in einem interprofessionellen Team von Krisenexpertinnen und -experten sowie anderen Berufsgruppen
  • Gesprächsführung, Angehörigenarbeit und Vernetzung mit Eltern sowie dem Helfernetz
  • Ganzheitliches Eintritts- und Austrittsmanagement inklusive Berichtswesen
  • Gemeinsame Erarbeitung individueller Notfallpläne mit den Patientinnen und Patienten

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson oder Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge HF/FH, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im psychiatrischen Umfeld
  • Interesse am Fachbereich Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie sowie Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Eine teamfähige und reflexionsfähige Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Sozialkompetenz
  • Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen, dynamischen Arbeitsalltag sowie Flexibilität im Umgang mit wechselnden Situationen
  • Sie schätzen die Vielfalt des Stationsalltags und bringen die Bereitschaft mit, im Früh- und Spätdienst tätig zu sein
