Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die \- und Feinplanung und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Produktion
  • Sie stellen die Qualität sicher, überwachen Prozesse und lösen Herausforderungen effizient und vorausschauend
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit, erfassen Rückmeldungen im ERP\-System und kümmern sich um die Pflege von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Sie treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran und setzen Lean\-Management\-Prinzipien gezielt um
  • Sie verantworten die Einführung neuer Aufträge, prüfen die Machbarkeit und begleiten Rollouts bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Sie führen Mitarbeitende mit Assistenzbedarf wertschätzend und fördernd und sorgen für einen optimalen Personaleinsatz
  • Sie setzen den agogischen Auftrag und dessen Qualitätsstandards in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachperson Agogik um

Sie bringen mit

  • Technische Grundausbildung in der Elektroindustrie (z. B. Automatiker/in EFZ, Elektroniker/in EFZ oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung in Produktion sowie Führung, idealerweise in regulierten Umfeldern
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen in der Kabelkonfektionierung (z.B. Zuschneiden, Abmanteln, Abisolieren, Crimpen, Löten, Verdrahten nach Plan oder Schema)
  • Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement (ISO 9001:2015\) sowie Erfahrung im Lean Management
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz; agogische Kompetenzen von Vorteil oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
