Anforderungsprofil:

  • Erfahrung in Messtechnik und Q-Wesen oder Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben.
  • Ausbildung als Mechaniker / Polymechaniker / Werkzeugmacher
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der CNC-Zerspannung von Kunststoffen oder Metallen
  • Gute PC- und MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind zielorientiert und arbeiten selbständig, sind exakt, verantwortungsbewusst und teamfähig

Aufgaben:

  • Erststück- und Endkontrollen
  • Wareneingansprüfung
  • Erstellen und Behandeln von Abweichungsmeldungen
  • Behandlung von Qualitätsfragen im direkten Kontakt mit Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-Messgeräten
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Schulung des Produktionspersonals
  • Fachliche Personalführung im Arbeitsbereich Qualitätssicherung
  • Definieren von Prüfprozessen und Erstellen von Prüfplänen
  • Erstellen von Erstmusterprüfberichten und Statistiken
  • Messmittelüberwachung
  • Erstellen von Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Q-Managementsystems
  • Mitarbeiter bei der Durchführung von internen und externen Audits
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Versandvorbereitung von Waren
