Für die neu geschaffene Stelle Fachperson Qualitätsmanagement suchen wir per 01.01.2027 eine engagierte und versierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie bauen ein einheitliches Qualitätsmanagement für unsere Bereiche Wohnen, Spitex, Bau und Entwicklung, Finanzen sowie Zentrale Dienste auf und entwickeln dieses kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Sie schaffen resp. vereinheitlichen Standards und Instrumente zur Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen.
  • Sie beraten und befähigen Ihre Kolleg\*innen bei der Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagements in unserer vielfältigen Organisation.
  • Sie fördern eine gelebte Qualitäts-, Lern- und Verbesserungskultur.
  • Sie unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung von Datenschutz und Records Management.

Profil ##

  • Ausbildung im Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder der Organisationsentwicklung, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • mind. zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet, idealerweise in Umfeld sozialer Einrichtungen
  • Kenntnisse in Datenschutz und Records Management sowie Verständnis entsprechender gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Fähigkeit, praxisorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln und zu vermitteln
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
