Pour notre client, une société de gestion de patrimoine indépendante d-environ 20 collaborateurs, nous recherchons un spécialiste en comptabilité & administration 60-100% dès que possible ou à convenir. Vous prendrez en charge des tâches variées en comptabilité, en administration ainsi que sur des sujets réglementaires et bénéficierez d-un domaine d-activité diversifié avec une perspective à long terme et cinq semaines de congés.

Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur :

  • Gestion autonome de la comptabilité courante, y compris la comptabilité clients et fournisseurs
  • Réalisation des rapprochements de comptes, contrôles périodiques et suivi des postes ouverts
  • Préparation des bilans mensuels, trimestriels et annuels selon le CO et interlocuteur pour la fiduciaire et la révision
  • Élaboration d-analyses et de rapports internes ainsi que validation des données financières
  • Participation aux tâches administratives, organisationnelles et réglementaires ainsi qu-au développement des processus internes

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur :

  • Formation commerciale de base EFZ achevée ou formation équivalente
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en comptabilité, une expérience en matière réglementaire ou de conformité est un atout
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand, idéalement bonnes connaissances en anglais et compétences utilisateur en Abacus
  • Grande discrétion et sens des responsabilités dans le traitement de données sensibles ainsi qu-une personnalité autonome, flexible et ouverte
