Für unseren Kunden, eine schweizweit tätige Unternehmensgruppe im Bereich Elektrotechnik und technischen Dienstleistungen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson Rechnungswesen 80-100%, welche gerne im Bereich Digitalisierung einen Schritt tätigen möchte. Sie übernehmen vielseitige Aufgaben im Rechnungswesen und wirken gleichzeitig aktiv an Digitalisierungs- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekten mit. Dabei profitieren Sie von kurzen Entscheidungswegen, viel Eigenverantwortung und der Möglichkeit, sich mittelfristig in Richtung Controlling weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Selbstständiges Führen mehrerer Buchhaltungen und Erstellen der Jahresabschlüsse nach OR
  • Verantwortlich für das Führen der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung 
  • Erstellung von Kostenrechnungen sowie der inländischen Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Mitarbeiten bei Digitalisierungs- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekten, insbesondere im Bereich ERP

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzbereich und vorzugsweise in der Digitalisierung 
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Fachperson Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder aktuell in Ausbildung dazu
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil und Interesse an ERP-Systemen und digitalen Lösungen
  • Vernetztes Denken sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
