Die Korporation Horw ist ein wertvolles, in einer langen Entwicklung gewachsenes Glied der luzernischen Staatsorganisation und übernimmt verschiedene Aufgaben. Dazu gehören Pflege und Nutzung des Waldes, Verpachtung und Unterhalt von landwirtschaftlichen Liegenschaften, Vermietung und Verwaltung von Wohnungen, Verwaltung von Landesreserven in Wohn\- und Industriezonen sowie die Verwaltung des Gemeindevermögens im Interesse der Bürger.

Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen ???? MWST\-Abrechnungen und Steuern ???? Personaladministration inklusive Lohnbuchhaltung ???? Versicherungswesen

Das bringst du mit

✔️ Fundierte Kenntnisse mit ERP, idealerweise mit Abacus und AbaImmo ✔️ Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen oder langjährige Berufserfahrung ✔️ Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche ✔️ Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise ✔️ Idealerweise Erfahrung mit öffentlich\-rechtlichen oder institutionellen Eigentümerschaften ✔️ Fundierte Kenntnisse mit ERP, idealerweise mit Abacus und AbaImmo
