Fachperson Soziale Arbeit (Berufsbeistandschaft im Kindesschutz) Was Sie bei uns tun Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachperson im Kindesschutz. Das Pensum beträgt je nach Bedarf bis maximal 40 %. Die Anstellung erfolgt im Stundenlohn. Die Einsätze sind flexibel und auf Abruf, insbesondere zur Überbrückung von personellen Engpässen, erhöhtem Arbeitsanfall oder vorübergehenden Abwesenheiten. Sind Sie erfahren in der Abklärung von Gefährdungsmeldungen und im Führen von Beistandschaften? Erarbeiten Sie gerne fachliche Einschätzungen und Empfehlungen und können Sie auch komplexe Situationen selbstständig beurteilen? Arbeiten Sie gerne mit Kindern, Jugendlichen, Eltern und weiteren Bezugspersonen zusammen? Vernetzen Sie sich gerne mit Behörden, Schulen, Fachstellen und weiteren involvierten Institutionen, um geeignete Lösungen zu erarbeiten? Können Sie Berichte, Anträge und Stellungnahmen selbstständig und adressatengerecht verfassen? Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen Diplom in Sozialer Arbeit FH/HFS oder gleichwertiger anerkannter Abschluss Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kindesschutz, insbesondere in Abklärungen und/oder Beistandschaften Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Sicherheit in anspruchsvollen Situationen Deutschsprachig mit guten ösischkenntnissen Hohe Flexibilität bezüglich Einsatzumfang und Einsatzzeitpunkt Über uns Die Abteilung Erwachsenen\- und Kindesschutz hat im Rahmen des Erwachsenen\- und Kindesschutzrechts den Auftrag, Personen und ihre Familien zu beraten und zu unterstützen.
