\- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen \- Erstellung und aktive Nachverfolgung von Offerten und Auftragsbestätigungen \- Schnittstellenkommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern \- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Artikel- und Kundendaten im ERP-System \- Unterstützung bei technischen Rückfragen sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen \- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten zur Entlastung des Teams

Anforderungen ###

\- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung \- Berufserfahrung im technischen Innendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung \- Vertrautheit mit industriellen Abläufen und Produkten \- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an technischen Lösungen \- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und kundenfokussierte Arbeitsweise \- Teamgeist und Freude an einem vielseitigen Arbeitsalltag

Informatik ###

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

Sprachen ###

Deutsch: Muttersprache Französisch: m+s gute Kenntnisse Englisch: m+s gute Kenntnisse von Vorteil
