Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Institution im Raum Solothurn, suchen wir per 1. September 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und empathische Fachperson Wohnen 50--70 %.

Die Institution begleitet und unterstützt Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Behinderungen und legt grossen Wert auf eine individuelle, ressourcenorientierte Betreuung sowie eine möglichst selbstbestimmte Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben. Deine Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen und sinnstiftenden Alltags für Menschen mit mehrfachen Behinderungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung einer bedürfnisorientierten Freizeitgestaltung
  • Durchführung pflegerischer und hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und gesetzlichen Vertretungen
  • Koordination und Begleitung des interdisziplinären Bezugspersonensystems
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und externen Stellen
  • Mitwirkung an der individuellen Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der betreuten Personen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung EFZ oder Fachperson Sozialpädagogik HF
  • Berufserfahrung im Gesundheits- oder Sozialbereich, idealerweise in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderungen
  • Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Unterstützungsbedürfnissen
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz sowie hohe physische und psychische Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere MS Word und Outlook
  • Positive, offene und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft, Entwicklungsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
