Fort\- und Weiterbildung ist ein wichtiger Teil unserer Strategie. Aufgaben Fachperson Gesundheit: Verantwortlich für das Planen, Anpassen und die Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses Mitverantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Bezugspflege Führen von pflegerischen und medizinaltechnischen Verrichtungen und lückenlose Dokumentation der Bewohnenden Dossiers Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung inklusive Führung des Pflegepersonals Begleitung von Arztvisiten mit Umsetzung der Verordnungen Erkennt und setzt die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche der Bewohnenden und Angehörigen um Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung von Abteilungszielen und Konzepten zur Sicherung der Qualität und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Dienstleistern Austausch und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Bereichen Organisiert ihren Verantwortungsbereich unter Berücksichtigung interner Vorgaben und des Tagesablaufs selbständig Anforderungen: Abschluss als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (mit Berufserfahrung von Vorteil)\- Berufsbildner/in FA oder Bereitschaft, die Berufsbildnerfunktion zu übernehmen und die entsprechende Weiterbildung zu absolvieren Bereitschaft zu Tag\- und Nachtdienst Interesse an berufsbegleitender/interner Weiterbildung Übernahme von Verantwortung Bereitschaft Veränderungen positiv zu begegnen BESA und/oder RAI\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Teamfähige, kommunikative und empathische Person Wir bieten Interessanten, vielseitigen und spannenden Aufgabenbereich Vielversprechende Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten\- hohe Eigenverantwortung und kurze Entscheidungswege Freiraum für persönliche Entwicklungs\- und fachliche Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten\- Attraktive Anstellungs\- und Sozialversicherungsbedingungen Vergünstigte Verpflegung und kostenlosen Parkplatz Haben wir Dein Interesse geweckt?
