Unser Auftraggeber ist ein modernes Wohn- und Pflegezentrum im Herzen des Freiamts, das über 100 Bewohnenden ein individuelles und umfassendes Betreuungsangebot bietet. Das Haus zeichnet sich durch eine wertschätzende Kultur und ein engagiertes Team aus, das den Alltag der Bewohnenden mit Herz und Professionalität gestaltet. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung mehrere Fachpersonen Pflege mit flexiblem Pensum. Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung einer aktivierenden Pflege zur Stärkung der Selbstständigkeit
  • Betreuung von Bewohnenden in unterschiedlichen Pflegesituationen und Komplexitätsgraden
  • Einfühlsame Begleitung in der letzten Lebensphase im Palliativbereich
  • Unterstützung der inter- und multiprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Einbringung von Eigenständigkeit und kreativen Ideen in die Betreuung

  • Fachkompetenz in aktivierender Pflege und Betreuung
