Das Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern engagiert sich im Ambulatorium der Universitätsklinik für Forensische Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie für eine forschungsbasierte, wirksame und gesellschaftlich relevante Behandlung von Menschen in forensischen Kontexten. Dabei verbindet das interdisziplinäre Team klinische Psychiatrie, Psychologie, Recht und Sozialwissenschaften, um neue Wege in Diagnostik, Therapie und Rückfallprävention zu entwickeln. Ziel ist es, die psychische Gesundheit, Selbstverantwortung und soziale Wiedereingliederung der Patientinnen und Patienten langfristig zu fördern - und so einen wichtigen Beitrag zur öffentlichen Sicherheit und zur modernen forensisch-psychiatrischen Versorgung zu leisten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind für die Durchführung von psychologisch-psychotherapeutischen Einzel- und Gruppentherapien im Rahmen von gerichtlich und vollzugsseitig angeordneten Massnahmen zuständig
  • Sie arbeiten als fallführende forensische Psychologin / forensischer Psychologe
  • Sie führen die Krankengeschichte und schreiben regelmässig Berichte (z.B. an die einweisenden Behörden oder das Gericht)
  • Sie sind für die Kriseninterventionen sowie für die Einschätzungen des psychischen Zustandes der Patientinnen und Patienten verantwortlich
  • Sie arbeiten interdisziplinär mit dem ärztlichen Dienst, Behörden (Bewährungs- und Vollzugsdienste), Gerichten und anderen Institutionen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss in klinischer Psychologie und verfügen über eine abgeschlossene oder weit fortgeschrittene Psychotherapieausbildung
  • Sie sind interessiert an und offen für Menschen in besonderen und nicht einfachen Lebenssituationen
  • Sie bringen vorzugsweise forensisch-psychologische Berufserfahrung mit
  • Sie interessieren sich für die forensische Psychologie und haben Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Sie verfügen über eine hohe Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit komplexen Fragestellungen und zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte psychische Belastbarkeit aus
  • Eine gute Teamatmosphäre liegt Ihnen am Herzen
  • Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit, alle weiteren Sprachkompetenzen sind von Vorteil
