In dieser vielseitigen Funktion verbinden Sie die praktische Arbeit in der Werkzeugausgabe mit der digitalen Verwaltung unserer Betriebsmittel und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu reibungslosen Produktionsabläufen.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs der Werkzeugausgabe unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität und Terminen
  • Erstellen von Werkzeuglisten, Durchführen von Brutto\-/Netto\-Abgleichen sowie Zusammenstellen der benötigten Werkzeuge
  • Ausmessen von Werkzeugen und Koordination von Rüstaufträgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamleitenden
  • Verwaltung und Pflege des Betriebsmittelsortiments im Tool Management System
  • Erstellen und Pflegen digitaler Zwillinge der benötigten Betriebsmittel in Form von 3D\-Modellen
  • Werkzeugtechnische Unterstützung von Maschinenoperateuren, AVOR und Lieferanten
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Rahmen des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Vorgaben zu Umwelt\- und Arbeitssicherheit

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Polymechaniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Werkzeug\- und Betriebsmitteltechnik
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in NX CAM, Teamcenter sowie TMS/
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Siemens NX/MRL ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Klare, adressatengerechte Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, den eigenen Standpunkt überzeugend zu vertreten
  • Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen sowie eine selbstständige, lösungs\- und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise
