Pour notre client, une entreprise de services suisse bien établie, nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste en finances et comptabilité à 60-80 % dès que possible ou selon accord. Vous serez responsable de la finance et de la comptabilité de plusieurs sociétés et collaborerez étroitement avec la direction ainsi qu-avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes. Vous bénéficierez d-horaires flexibles, d-une grande autonomie et de locaux modernes.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur :

  • Tenue de la comptabilité principale et des comptes fournisseurs
  • Surveillance des créances clients ouvertes ainsi que du recouvrement et des procédures de poursuite
  • Assurer les paiements ainsi que la planification et le contrôle de la liquidité
  • Établissement des bilans mensuels et annuels en collaboration avec le cabinet fiduciaire
  • Réalisation de reportings et d-analyses ainsi que participation à la budgétisation et à l-optimisation des processus

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur :

  • Formation commerciale de base avec formation complémentaire en finances et comptabilité, idéalement avec un brevet fédéral
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en finances et comptabilité, de préférence dans une PME
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit Maîtrise de MS Office, en particulier Excel, ainsi qu-affinité avec les systèmes ERP, idéalement Abacus
  • Personnalité analytique, structurée et orientée solutions avec une grande autonomie et discrétion
