Unser Kunde ist eine grössere Organisation im Raum Bern mit vielseitigen Strukturen und mehreren internen Schnittstellen. Das Payroll-Team befindet sich in einer Phase der Weiterentwicklung. Deshalb suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die im Tagesgeschäft anpackt und Veränderungen konstruktiv mitträgt. Sie bringen Ihre Erfahrung ein und gestalten Abläufe aktiv mit. 

Wir suchen eine Person als "Fachspezialistin / Fachspezialist Payroll 80-100% mit SAP-Kenntnissen", welche befristet Unterstützung anbieten kann. Die Stelle ist für einen Zeitraum von etwa acht Monaten befristet. Eine anschliessende Festanstellung ist möglich und wird während des Einsatzes evaluiert. Der Eintritt erfolgt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung (schnellstmöglich). 

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Im operativen Payroll übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Lohnverarbeitung eines grösseren Mitarbeitendenbestands
  • Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuern bearbeiten Sie selbstständig und behalten auch bei komplexeren Fällen den Überblick
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team der HR-Administration und der Zeiterfassung stellen Sie sicher, dass lohnrelevante Mutationen korrekt verarbeitet werden
  • In Vorbereitung auf das Jahresende übernehmen Sie weitere Tätigkeiten für einen sauberen Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres
  • Während der laufenden Veränderungen bringen Sie sich aktiv ein und unterstützen das Team pragmatisch im Tagesgeschäft
  • Bestehende Payroll- und HR-Prozesse hinterfragen Sie konstruktiv und wirken bei deren Weiterentwicklung mit

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Payroll-Erfahrung gibt Ihnen die Sicherheit, operative Aufgaben rasch und eigenständig zu übernehmen
  • Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse bringen Sie zwingend mit und setzen diese routiniert im Arbeitsalltag ein
  • Im Schweizer Sozialversicherungswesen und bei Quellensteuern verfügen Sie über fundierte praktische Kenntnisse
  • Veränderungen begegnen Sie offen und lösungsorientiert; in einem grösseren, dynamischen Umfeld fühlen Sie sich wohl
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine Hands-on Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
