Für unsere Finanzabteilung am Hauptsitz in Herisau suchen wir eine engagierte, analytisch starke und proaktive Persönlichkeit als Fachspezialist Finanz\- \& Rechnungswesen (w/m/d) 80\-100% Ihre Aufgaben Mitarbeit bei Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie im Management Reporting Analyse, Abstimmung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen Erstellen, Pflegen und Weiterentwickeln von finanziellen Auswertungen und Reportings Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie Finanzprojekten Durchführung von Ad\-hoc\-Analysen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen Aktive Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 sowie der weiteren Implementierung von Swiss GAAP FER Ihr Profil Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (FH, HF oder Fachausweis) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, insbesondere in der Erstellung von Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365; Kenntnisse von BI\-Tools sind von Vorteil. Hohe Prozess\- und IT\-Affinität sowie Interesse an digitalen Finanzprozessen Analytische, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise Selbstständige, initiative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist Wir bieten Verantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum: Bringen Sie Ihre Ideen ein und gestalten Sie unsere Finanzprozesse aktiv mit. Zudem haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Finanzorganisation aktiv mitzugestalten.
