Das Kantonale Sozialamt mit über 280 Mitarbeitenden übernimmt vielfältige, steuernde und operative Aufgaben schwerpunktmässig in der Sozialhilfe, den Sozialversicherungen, bei sozialen Angeboten und im Asylbereich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Bund, anderen Kantonen, Städten, Gemeinden und verschiedenen privaten Organisationen. Es führt ausserdem eine eigene Einrichtung, das tilia mit Sitz in Rheinau. Für die Abteilung Asylkoordination suchen wir per 1\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung ein/e Fachspezialist/in Asylfürsorge/Sozialhilfe bzw. Adjunkt/in mit juristischen Aufgaben.

Aufgaben

  • Sie bearbeiten komplexe Einzelfälle und Anfragen aus dem Asylbereich bis hin zum Verfügungserlass
  • Sie beraten fachlich die verschiedenen Bereiche der Asylkoordination und klären prozessbezogene Grundsatzfragen
  • Sie beantworten Fachfragen von Gemeinden im Bereich der Unterstützung von geflüchteten Personen
  • Sie wirken in abteilungsinternen und –übergreifenden Projekten mit und übernehmen Verantwortlichkeiten für Teilbereiche

Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein juristisches Studium mit vertieften Kenntnissen in Sozialhilferecht bzw. Ausrichtung von Asylfürsorge oder über einen Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit
  • Sie besitzen Berufserfahrung in den Fachbereichen Sozialhilfe bzw. Asylfürsorge, Migration
  • Sie sind eine belastbare, initiative, dienstleistungsorientierte Person mit einer hohen Sozialkompetenz und Sinn für Prioritäten
  • Sie sind sprachlich gewandt und verfügen über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denkvermögen sowie eine hohe Lern\- und Leistungsbereitschaft
