Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für definierte Dienstleistungen und Geschäftsprozesse und entwickelst diese fachlich, inhaltlich und organisatorisch weiter.
  • Du analysierst, gestaltest und optimierst Geschäfts- und Unterstützungsprozesse entlang der strategischen Zielsetzungen.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Prozesse, Rollen und Schnittstellen verständlich, durchgängig und effizient ausgestaltet sind.
  • Du unterstützt die Einführung neuer oder weiterentwickelter Dienstleistungen, stellst die Prozessdokumentation sicher und wirkst bei Qualitätssicherung und Wirkungsmessung mit.
  • Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale, leitest geeignete Massnahmen ab und begleitest deren Umsetzung

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsbildung mit einer qualifizierten Weiterbildung oder einen Hochschulabschluss in den Bereichen HR, Wirtschaft, Sozialversicherungen, Arbeitsintegration, Psychologie, Organisationsentwicklung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Stellensuchendenbetreuung und/oder Stellenvermittlung, idealerweise im Umfeld der öffentlichen Arbeitsvermittlung oder Arbeitsintegration.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Dienstleistungs-, Prozess- oder Organisationsentwicklung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Abläufe, Schnittstellen und Zusammenhänge.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und hast eine selbständige und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Organisationsfähigkeit.
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine entsprechende Weiterbildung oder Zertifizierung.
