Das ErfahrungsMedizinische Register EMR bietet Sicherheit und Orientierung in der Komplementär\- und Alternativmedizin – von uns Erfahrungsmedizin genannt. Dazu gehören zum Beispiel Akupunktur, medizinische Massage, Kunsttherapie und viele Behandlungsmethoden mehr. Seit 1999 vergeben wir das EMR\-Qualitätslabel an Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten. Daran orientieren sich Versicherer, Behörden, Patientenorganisationen und alle, die sich für diesen Bereich des Gesundheitswesens interessieren oder einfach nach einer Therapeutin oder einem Therapeuten suchen. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Fachspezialist/in / Erfahrungsmedizin 80 % Ihre Aufgaben Sie prüfen nationale und internationale Ausbildungen in der Komplementär\- und Alternativmedizin auf fachliche Inhalte, didaktische Qualität und Praxisbezug und analysieren Bildungsanbieter hinsichtlich Professionalität, Organisationsstruktur und Umsetzung. Sie entwickeln Konzepte und Tools zur systematischen Analyse von Bildungsgängen und beraten interne wie externe Partner bei fachlichen Fragen. Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Strukturierung komplexer Fachthemen, übersetzen diese in klare, messbare Arbeitsziele und definieren konkrete Output\-Kriterien. Sie analysieren bestehende Abläufe, optimieren diese gemeinsam mit dem Team und sorgen für eine transparente, nachvollziehbare Prozessdokumentation, die Agilität, Effizienz und klare Verantwortlichkeiten unterstützt. Ihr Profil und Ihre Kompetenzen Sie bringen Erfahrung aus dem Gesundheitsbereich – z. B. durch eine Ausbildung in einem therapeutischen Beruf oder im Gesundheitsmanagement – oder im Bildungswesen bzw. in der Bildungspolitik mit. Sie bringen Vorwissen und/oder Interesse im Bereich Komplementär\- und Alternativmedizin mit. Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Prozess\- und Qualitätsmanagement und können komplexe fachliche und strukturelle Zusammenhänge systematisch analysieren und verständlich darstellen. Sie kommunizieren präzise und verständlich in Deutsch und ösisch und stimmen sich sicher mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern ab.
