Fachspezialist\*in Ertragsmanagement 60\-70% Abteilung Möchten Sie mit Ihrem Fachwissen einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer korrekten Leistungserfassung und einer nachhaltigen Sicherung der Erträge im Gesundheitswesen leisten? In dieser vielseitigen und verantwortungsvollen Funktion übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im Ertragsmanagement des UKBB. Hauptaufgaben Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden verschiedener Berufsgruppen bei der Leistungserfassung Tägliche Kontrolle der erfassten Leistungen auf Vollständigkeit und Tarifkonformität Selbstständige Durchführung von Leistungs\- und Prozessanalysen Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Leistungscontrollings Fakturierung von Leistungen gemäss gesetzlichen und vertraglichen Vorgaben Bearbeitung und Koordination des Rückweisungsmanagements Einblick in vielfältige Themen des Ertragsmanagements Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und Schnittstellenpartnern Anforderungen Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder medizinische Grundausbildung (z. B. Versicherungsfachperson oder MPA) Berufserfahrung im Gesundheits\- oder Versicherungswesen Gute administrative Kenntnisse Fundierte Tarifkenntnisse im Bereich ambulanter Arzttarife und weiterer ambulanter Tarife Eigenverantwortliche, motivierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit Vernetzte Denkweise sowie innovative und proaktive Arbeitsweise SAP\- und/oder IBICare\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Wir bieten vielseitige und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem motivierten und aufgeschlossenen Team zentral gelegenener Arbeitsplatz im Dreiländereck und attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen (REKA, Job\-Ticket, etc.).
