Was Sie hier tun

  • Forschungsprojekte von der finanziellen Umsetzung bis zum Projektabschluss selbstständig administrativ begleiten
  • Finanzberichte und Reportings für Förderorganisationen, Departementscontrolling sowie interne Anspruchsgruppen erstellen und verantworten
  • Forschende, Projektleitende und Institutsleitungen in finanziellen, administrativen und förderrechtlichen Fragestellungen kompetent beraten
  • Prozesse, Vorlagen und Instrumente im Forschungscontrolling und in der Forschungsadministration kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln und optimieren
  • Neue Mitarbeitende in der Forschungsadministration fachlich begleiten; als Ansprechperson mit Förderorganisationen zusammenarbeiten

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

  • EFZ Kauffrau / , Weiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Projektcontrolling erwünscht
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projekt oder Finanzcontrolling, idealerweise im Hochschul\-, Forschungs\- oder öffentlich finanziertem Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP sowie sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Kenntnisse der Förderlandschaft (SNF, Innosuisse, EU) sind von Vorteil
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, komplexe Fragestellungen eigenverantwortlich zu bearbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstarke, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen sowie guten Kenntnissen in ösisch und Englisch.
