Fachspezialist/in HR \& Finanzen 50 – 60 %, Stetten Ihre Aufgaben: Mithilfe bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR/HGB Mitwirkung bei Budgetierung, Forecasting, Liquiditätsmanagement und Konsolidierung Unterstützung bei Revisionen und beim Reporting an Geschäftsleitung und externe Stellen Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und \-systemen Prüfung und Koordination von Versicherungsleistungen sowie Kontrolle der Prämienabrechnungen Betreuung des gesamten Employee Life Cycle von Eintritt bis Austritt Lohn\- und Gehaltsabrechnung inkl. Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuer Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von HR\-Richtlinien, Prozessen und Tools Unterstützung bei Rekrutierung, Personalentwicklung und Employer Branding Verantwortung für Zeitwirtschaft, Spesenmanagement und Organisation von Firmenanlässen Leitung und Mitarbeit in Finanz\- und HR\-Projekten Ihr Profil Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung oder laufender Weiterbildung im Finanz\- bzw. HR\-Bereich (z. B.
