Wir arbeiten an der Zukunft von Zürich. Packen Sie mit an.

Der Bereich Bade\- und Eisanlagen ist mit rund 350 Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich für den Betrieb von rund 21 Hallen\- und Freibädern sowie zwei Eisanlagen mit über 2 Millionen Gästen pro Jahr.

Für den Fachbereich Infrastruktur, Technik und Sicherheit suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine\n engagierte\n und eigenverantwortliche\*n

Fachspezialist\*in Infrastruktur, 80\-100 %

Aufgaben

  • Sie entwickeln die Bade\- und Eisanlagen weiter und initiieren und begleiten bauliche Massnahmen von der Instandsetzung bis zum Neubau.
  • Sie vertreten in Studien, Wettbewerben und Bauprojekten die Nutzendenbedürfnisse des Sportamts und die stadtplanerischen Vorgaben und übernehmen die Betriebsprojektleitung.
  • Sie erarbeiten Grundlagen wie Betriebskonzepte, Raumprogramme und Projektpflichtenhefte und verfassen Berichte und Expertisen.
  • Sie überwachen den baulichen und technischen Zustand sowie die Attraktivität der Anlagen und schlagen bei Bedarf Optimierungsmassnahmen vor.
  • Sie beraten die Bereichs\- und Fachbereichsleitung strategisch, wirken bei politischen Geschäften und Vorstössen mit und vertreten das Sportamt in städtischen und überstädtischen Gremien.

Profil

  • Ausbildung auf Masterstufe FH oder Uni/ETH und eine spezifische Zusatzausbildung, zum Beispiel CAS Sportanlagenbau
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung im Projekt\- und Bauprojektmanagement und Führungskompetenz in Matrix\- und Projektorganisationen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Abläufe in der Stadtverwaltung, Berufskenntnisse im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik in der Bäder\- und Eisanlagenbranche
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick, sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise und ein freundlicher Umgang mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Initiative, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, unternehmerisches und vernetztes Denken sowie hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Über uns

Das Sportamt ist eine Dienstabteilung des Schul\- und Sportdepartements der Stadt Zürich. Es ist das Kompetenzzentrum für die Sportförderung und stellt der sportlich aktiven Bevölkerung und den Vereinen, Sportanlagen sowie Hallen\- und Freibäder zur Verfügung. Die Organisation des obligatorischen Schwimmunterrichts sowie des freiwilligen Schulsports zählen auch zu den Kernaufgaben des Sportamtes. Mit gezielter Information motiviert das Sportamt zu mehr Bewegung und berät und unterstützt die Sportorganisationen.
