  • Du bist hauptsächlich telefonisch und schriftlich in Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden, Ämtern, Behörden und internen Stellen.
  • Du bearbeitest Mahnungen und Betreibungen in den dir zugeteilten Kantonen der Romandie.
  • Du bewirtschaftest Debitoren und hältst dabei den Überblick über Zahlungen, Umbuchungen und Abschreibungen.
  • Du bearbeitest Beschwerden professionell und findest auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen gute Lösungen.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in einer administrativen Funktion.
  • Zahlen sind deine Stärke und du arbeitest exakt.
  • Du bleibst auch in anspruchsvollen Kundengesprächen ruhig, klar und professionell.
  • Du verfügst über gute Französischkenntnisse und bist motiviert, diese im Arbeitsalltag gezielt einzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen zeichnen dich aus.
