Innerhalb unserer Abteilung Technisches Gebäudemanagement ist die Sektion HLKKS für die Planung, Optimierung und den Unterhalt der Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Kälte-, Klima- und Sanitäranlagen zuständig. Wir betreuen über 1100 Gebäudetechnikanlagen und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Aufenthaltsqualität und einem reibungslosen Flughafenbetrieb. Unser Instandhaltungsteam sucht dich zur Verstärkung als Fachspezialist:in Instandhaltung HLKKS Sanitär / Heizung.

Deine Jobdestination ##

  • Du betreibst und wartest die technischen Anlagen im Bereich HLKKS mit Schwerpunkt Sanitär und Heizung
  • Du analysierst und optimierst die Sanitär- und Heizungsanlagen auf Funktion und Energieverbrauch
  • Du betreibst unser Trinkwassersystem inkl. der Aufbereitungsanlagen
  • Du prüfst und wartest den Betrieb der Löschanlagen
  • Du organisierst Reparaturarbeiten und führst diese selbstständig durch

Deine Skills im Gepäck ##

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Sanitär- oder Heizungsinstallateur:in EFZ sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein aus
  • Du bist bereit interdisziplinär zu arbeiten und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge analysieren
  • Du hast den Willen dich weiterzuentwickeln und bist offen für neue Technologien und Methoden
  • Du bist eine zielstrebige und empathische Persönlichkeit mit starker Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du bist im Besitz des Führerscheins Kat. B
